Shipping Policy

Silvoz ships worldwide through trusted logistics and fulfillment partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

• Customs inspections
• Weather events
• Carrier disruptions
• Public holidays
• Circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless otherwise stated.

Limited Warranty
Silvoz provides a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty workmanship
• Defective materials

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Water damage resulting from misuse
• Improper charging
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage

Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Provide a refund where required by law

Waterproof Product Notice
Waterproof and water-resistant features are tested under controlled conditions.

Coverage may be affected by:

• Product damage
• Wear and tear
• Improper sealing of ports or covers
• Exposure beyond intended limits
  

Customers should follow all instructions and warnings provided with the product.

Battery Safety Policy
To reduce the risk of fire, overheating, injury, or property damage:

• Use only approved charging equipment
• Do not puncture, crush, or disassemble batteries
• Do not expose batteries to excessive heat or open flames
• Do not charge damaged products
• Keep products away from children unless supervised
  

Stop using the product immediately if you notice:

• Excessive heat
• Swelling
• Smoke
• Leakage
• Burning odors

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silvoz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Improper use of products
• Failure to follow instructions
• Unauthorized modifications
• Improper charging practices
• External causes beyond our control

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or replacement of the product, as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes consumer guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, U.S. consumer protection laws, or other applicable legislation.
