Silvoz provides portable audio products and related accessories to customers worldwide. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, error-free, or free from omissions.

Product appearance, colors, specifications, and packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates or display settings.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, replace, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Product availability issues

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or government charges imposed by their local jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received and verified before products are shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Silvoz ships internationally and works with suppliers and fulfillment partners located in multiple regions, including Australia and the United States.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Silvoz is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processing

• Weather events

• Carrier disruptions

• Government actions

• Public holidays

• Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Product Use, Safety & Customer Responsibilities

Customers must read, understand, and follow all instructions, warnings, safety notices, user manuals, packaging information, and product documentation provided with any purchase.

Customers are responsible for:

• Proper charging, storage, transportation, and maintenance of products

• Following all battery safety instructions

• Using products only for their intended purpose

• Supervising use by children where appropriate

• Inspecting products before use

Customers agree not to modify, disassemble, tamper with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized repairs of any product.

Improper use, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow provided instructions may result in product malfunction, property damage, injury, reduced performance, or other risks.

8. Waterproof & Water-Resistant Features

Products advertised as waterproof or water-resistant are tested under controlled laboratory conditions.

Water resistance may diminish or fail due to:

• Physical damage

• Wear and tear

• Improper use

• Unauthorized modifications

• Failure to properly seal protective covers or ports

• Exposure beyond rated specifications

Silvoz does not guarantee protection against all water exposure scenarios and customers are responsible for operating products within specified limits.

 

9. Battery Safety & Charging Requirements

Products containing rechargeable batteries require proper care and handling.

Customers must not:

• Puncture, crush, bend, disassemble, or modify batteries

• Expose batteries to excessive heat, fire, or hazardous conditions

• Use incompatible charging equipment

• Charge damaged products

• Continue using products showing signs of overheating, swelling, leakage, smoke, unusual odors, or physical damage

If any safety concern arises, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.

Silvoz shall not be responsible for damages arising from improper charging practices, incompatible charging equipment, battery misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper storage, accidental damage, or failure to follow safety instructions.

10. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using products sold by Silvoz, customers acknowledge that electronic devices, rechargeable batteries, waterproof products, wireless devices, and portable audio equipment involve inherent risks if improperly used, damaged, modified, charged incorrectly, stored improperly, or operated outside intended specifications.

Customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

• Improper use or misuse

• Failure to follow instructions or warnings

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Improper charging or storage

• Negligence or accidental damage

• Use outside intended operating conditions

11. Product Inspection & Defect Reporting

Customers are responsible for inspecting products promptly upon delivery and before each use.

Any visible shipping damage, manufacturing defects, missing components, safety concerns, or product malfunctions should be reported to Silvoz as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.

Customers should discontinue use immediately if a product appears damaged, defective, overheated, swollen, leaking, or otherwise presents a safety risk.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by applicable law, products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Silvoz makes no guarantee that products or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every purpose, or free from defects beyond warranties required by law.

Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silvoz, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages including:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business opportunities

• Loss of revenue

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Property damage resulting from misuse

• Damages arising from unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Damages resulting from improper charging, storage, maintenance, or operation

• Damages caused by use outside intended specifications

• Third-party actions beyond our reasonable control

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Silvoz's total liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product, repair of the product, replacement of the product, or any remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, guarantees, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, United States consumer protection laws, product liability laws, or other applicable legislation.

14. Supplier & Manufacturing Disclaimer

Silvoz sources products from third-party manufacturers and suppliers worldwide.

While Silvoz takes reasonable steps to source quality products and ensure product information is accurate, Silvoz does not independently manufacture products unless expressly stated.

Product specifications, certifications, testing results, and performance claims are based on information provided by manufacturers and suppliers.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
